Basic Discovery This is an intro call with a follow-up coaching call for strengths, goals and values discovery. It is a great start but does not include specific career options. 

Career Launchpad The best fit for 99% of my clients who plan to continue their education. It takes them past basic discovery to career exploration. The 1:1 video coaching calls (4) provide support and accountability. And, the professional connections they make often create immediate career opportunities. This is generally a 4-6 week process.

Career Launchpad PLUS Includes everything in the Career Launchpad PLUS adds Interview Prep with Resume and LinkedIn Coaching in 1:1 coaching calls. This is important for graduates who do not plan to continue their education. These add-ons are an important part of networking and becoming employed but may not be feel  immediately relevant if additional schooling is required for the career they choose or, even better, if the professional connections made in the Career Launchpad lead directly to a job they love. PLUS, is generally a 2-3 week process. The upgrade to Plus can be. purchased separately.
